The Food and Fellowship groups are organized for members to build lasting relationships and enjoy Christian fellowship in an informal setting. Groups meet in individual homes on a monthly basis. In addition to being a social group, the Food and Fellowship Group sponsor an annual event for fund raising for special projects. In the past, this group has raised money for new microphones, stacking chairs, a new church sign, round tables and a room divider. Everyone is welcome to join this fun and vibrant group.

To All Men of Advent:
Come join us on Saturday mornings @ 8:30a.m for study and conversation as we gather to bring together our ideas for ways to have an inviting and involved Men’s Fellowship at Advent. All men of any age are welcome to come and help us revision the role of Advent men in an active, involved and committed fellowship.
It is our intention to feed our spiritual lives as well as to find ways to reach out to our own church family and to the local communities of Morgan Hill and Gilroy. We are open to your suggestions of ways to accomplish these goals. In the past, we have used Bible Study, recorded talks by Richard Rohr and others teachers as well as other topics suggested by our members. We have provided odd job help for Advent members and others.
This is not just an “old boys” group. We hope to draw some “younger” men from the congregation with new ideas and an “urge to serve.” Attendance is “come if you can”, knowing that we all have other lives and other commitments.
Coffee and light snacks will be provided.
